Dear Arri,
That was wonderful of the prince to give you Hermes! He’s wonderful, but I did have a hard time keeping him content here long enough to send this letter back with him. I suppose that will make me write more promptly in the future.
It was so good to see you again! We had so much fun! Sorry you’re still finding rice. I didn’t really expect it to be that messy… Tell the prince he could get back at me if he weren’t too lazy to make the trip!
Wow! That’s quite the dream. I’m going to have to get back to you on it, because it’s very complicated. I need more details, though. I need to know if that is precisely what the woman said to you-- if she said anything else it could be very important. Also, a better description of the helmet. Any other details you can remember would be helpful. Oh, one more thing, and this could be really important: what did the woman look like? Hair, eyes, anything you can remember. If we can determine who she might be… well I don’t know, it could be a long shot, but it’s worth a try.
I still don’t know about the bridle. I can guarantee you it wasn't Gretel or me. I think if we can get to the bottom of the dream we can figure the bridle out too.
One thing though, be careful following the hart. He’s a good omen, but you don’t want to get too involved before we know what’s going on. In addition to that, what would Imato do if something happened? He’d figure I had something to do with it and never forgive me. And how could I face Tulson?
Okay, I think it’s funny that Tulson is so formal when all he wants is to play a trick on his cousin. Of course, I question that that is his only motive, but what do I know of such matters?
I’m sorry you were stuck with Mendel walking you home, but I am very glad to know that you don’t have a crush on him. I was going to have to seriously question your judgment.
Well, I’m glad I was on the right track with the training stuff. I can about guarantee Sir Aoweir will train Imato; he’s really pushing for it!
I’m so sorry, but I have to cut this really short. It’s very busy here right now and if I’m going to get a chance to work on this dream of yours I need all the spare time I can get. I have so much to tell still though, so I’ll write again as soon as I can.
Love Always,
